No. You can purchase from without being a registered member. However if you do, it will save you time on your next visit plus you will be able to login track your order and also view your order history.

VAT Invoice
We are able to provide a VAT receipt for any online Home Delivery or Click & Collect order upon request. All we ask is that you can provide the full order number or the email address used to create the order.

Receipt for product warranty.
We can try to locate a copy of the receipt for you. We will need the purchase date, purchase amount and we may require the last 4 digits of the card ending. Please note that this can only be done for card payments and we cannot duplicate cash receipts.
