If you have received a faulty item from us, It can be returned to our store to be exchanged or refunded. All we ask is that you can provide proof of purchase.
Home Delivery items can also be brought back to our store. If the item is bulky and cannot be returned, please contact our Online Customer Service team here and we will be more than happy to look into this for you.
Please contact your local store or our Online Customer Service team about this. We will be able to contact the supplier for you to see if the part is replaceable. All we ask is that you can provide proof of purchase.
Our stores will typically hold a Click & Collect order until they can be collected, however, you will need to contact the store directly or contact customer service so they can inform the store.
If you could please return back to the store of purchase with your receipt, the store will be more than happy to assist you further in receiving any missing goods.
If an item is not available on our website, it will not be eligible for Home Delivery. When we reach low stock levels of a particular item that is available online, it will be removed from the Click & Collect service.
In order to find a particular product type e.g. Tool Box, simply type in this word in the search box located on the top of each page. The search will bring up that particular product. You can also browse through our range of products by choosing ‘Browse Department’ in the navigational bar along the top of each page.
